The Serra Residences stands at 7 Bassein Road, a freehold site in District 11 on the Novena ridge. The land runs to 4,774.8 sqm — about 51,396 sqft at a gross plot ratio of 2.8, and carries a single 28-storey tower of 133 homes over a two-storey carpark, a tennis court and a basement.
The tower is deliberately read as two addresses. Levels 4 to 16 hold the 2-bedroom with study, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom homes. Levels 18 to 28 — The Summit — hold the larger four- and five-bedroom homes and the two penthouses, each with a private lift from type D4 upward. A sky terrace on Level 17 separates them, and a second one sits on Level 3 above the arrival court.
The developer is Transurban Properties Pte Ltd, and the fact sheet's developer section is Far East Organization's — Singapore's largest private developer, with more than 780 developments and 55,000 private homes delivered since 1960.

Bassein Road sits between HealthCity Novena and the Newton fringe, about an eight-minute walk from Novena MRT on the North-South Line. The fact sheet also records a link walk through the NTF Centre for Innovation Healthcare, roughly nine minutes, open around the clock.
Within a few minutes on foot: the National Skin Centre, the National Neuroscience Institute, Ren Ci Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena and Tan Tock Seng.
