Three levels of it, and a tennis court

For 133 homes the development carries a 50-metre lap pool, a full tennis court, and two sky terraces — one on Level 3 above the arrival court, one on Level 17 at the break between the two collections. Half the site area is softscape.

Sizes are approximate, from the developer’s fact sheet and project FAQ of 28 August 2026 and the sales kit of 7 October. Indicative operating hours for the gym, dining room and pool are 7am to 10pm, subject to confirmation closer to completion and to the future management corporation, and no booking fee is proposed for the facilities — also the management’s call once it is formed.

The tennis court is full size to play on and tight behind the baseline. The playing rectangle is the standard 23.77 × 10.97m, but the whole enclosure is about 31 × 17.3m, which leaves reduced run-back behind each baseline against the clearances a tournament court would have. Worth knowing before it is the reason you choose the project. Access around the development is by card with QR scanners at the secured lift lobbies.

The two terraces

One above the cars, one at the break

The Level 3 deck is the resort floor: the 50m pool runs along the site’s long edge above the arrival court, with the spa and kids pools, the pavilions, the gym and the dining room off it.

The Level 17 sky terrace is the quiet one — Zen Deck, Wellness Garden and two lounges, sitting about 66 metres above Bassein Road at the point where the tower changes from the lower register to The Summit.

Parking sits below all of it: 113 lots for 133 homes, including 5 for EV charging, 5 accessible and 2 accessory lots, plus 4 motorcycle and 23 bicycle lots. Each penthouse has one dedicated lot, and residents reach the basement, L1 and L2 straight from the lift lobby. Lots are LTA-standard at 2.4 × 4.8m, and the clearance is 2.4m, dropping to 2.2m in places — the figure to check a tall car against. The power capacity is laid in for more EV chargers later. There are no dedicated visitor lots; bicycles park on the second storey off the drop-off.
